However, the pool area felt neglected, with debris settling at the bottom, and one staff member was seen handling food without gloves, raising concerns about hygiene. Despite these issues, the convenient location made it easy for quick trips downtown.

I liked the dispensers for soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The breakfast spread was decent. I enjoyed oatmeal and a waffle on one day. The staff at breakfast were friendly and kept things tidy. However, the noise from housekeeping in the morning was disruptive. they started knocking on doors at 9 am. I also found the nearby dining and shopping spots very convenient for walking. The elevator was slow and required repeated button presses to move. Despite these issues, I would likely stay here again because the overall comfort and friendly staff made up for the inconveniences.
